Let’s Get Crafty

Unleash your child's creativity and celebrate the magic of the changing seasons and holidays in our engaging "Crafty Creators" class! This class is designed to spark imagination and develop fine motor skills in children through fun, themed craft projects.

In this class, children will:

• Explore Seasonal Themes: Each week, crafts are inspired by the current season or upcoming holidays. Examples include painting colorful fall leaves, creating sparkly ornaments for winter holidays, or designing cheerful flowers and buzzing bees for spring.

• Create Holiday Keepsakes: Special holidays throughout the year are celebrated by crafting festive decorations and gifts. Projects may include designing Valentine's Day cards with handprint hearts or creating Halloween crafts like masking tape mummies.

• Develop Fine Motor Skills: Cutting, gluing, painting, and manipulating various materials will help children enhance their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

• Foster Creativity and Self-Expression: Children will be encouraged to explore their own ideas and personalize their crafts, fostering their imagination and allowing them to express themselves through art.

• Bring Home a New Craft Each Week! Each session concludes with a finished craft for the child to take home.

Each class begins with a brief introduction to the day's theme and craft project, often involving a story, song, or discussion. The class then moves into hands-on crafting using child-friendly materials and techniques. Guidance is provided as needed, and space is allowed for individual exploration and creative choices. Each class ends with a review of the day's creations.
