Gain the skills and confidence to handle emergencies with ease. This course follows official Red Cross guidelines to ensure you are prepared for real-world scenarios involving infants, children, and adults.

❋ Hands-On Learning

Practice high-quality chest compressions, rescue breaths, and choking relief using manikins. Please bring your own doll for demonstration; if you don’t have one, a USP doll will be provided.

❋ Comprehensive Training

We cover everything from AED operation and EpiPen usage to handling seizures, poisoning, and allergic reactions.

❋ Expert Certification

Led by Red Cross-certified instructors who personally observe and sign off on your technical proficiency and sequence of care.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Professional certification for the most important job in the world.

Expert-led safety training in a space that feels like home.
How It Works
  • We offer two options for more flexibility: instruction only, or full certification. Full certification requires an online component and your caregiver will leave with a Red-Cross CPR official certification.

  • Book a spot for your caregiver. Each adult will need their own spot. Parents and grandparents are welcome to attend too!

  • If you have chosen the full certification course, a link will be sent to you to begin the online portion of your certification.

  • We’ll see you on April 23rd at 7pm.

  • If you have opted for your caregiver to have an official certificate, our instructor will register them and email their digital certificate following class.
